Asbestos Removal

Asbestos is typically associated with the development of several forms of cancer. Usually found in properties built in the 60s and 70s, it requires certification and a highly skilled team to remove it safely. Therefore, we strictly follow all the regulations and always use certified licensed vendors.

Asbestos was widely used in the process of making certain building materials. It can be found on stucco, mastic, lath & plaster, fireproofing, ductwork, acoustic ceiling, and drywall.

Asbestos is usually found and becomes dangerous when the material containing the substance is disturbed. This often happens during reconstructions, renovations, and demolitions.

Thus, once the material is disturbed, proper asbestos removal is necessary to minimize or prevent health threats to the property's occupants.
