Once we are negotiating directly with the adjuster on your behalf, we are confident that we can improve your scope of work substantially. In fact, in the majority of cases, we are able to get you a brand new floor or cabinets or perhaps a fresh coat of paint throughout the property. While the competition is on the insurance side, Four Seasons is on your side.

FSR Reconstruction Process

  • A project manager is assigned to your project.

  • The project manager and in-house estimator meet with the customer to assess the jobsite.

  • An estimator will put together a scope of work utilizing the same software used by insurance carriers (XACTIMATE).

  • The project manager and estimator go over the scope of work and send for approval.

  • Negotiation and reconcile phase begins, this is when FSR distinguishes itself from other competitors. 

  • Once the scope of work is approved, the project manager will contact the customer to schedule the job start.

  • The project manager coordinates jobsite with an in-house crew, following the scope of work.

  • The project manager updates the customer regularly about work progress. 

  • In case of a change of floor, for instance, PM will meet with the customer to present samples or to discuss options.

  • In some cases, the customer has the option to upgrade some items in the scope of work or make a change order that fits their needs.

  • Once the job is completed, customer and PM will meet to conduct a final walk-through.
