When dealing with insurance claims, as a courtesy, our team will reconcile the estimates under fair practices and with a positive effort to build a lasting relationship with not just our clients but the insurance companies as well.

Here at Four Seasons Restoration, our goal is to work with your insurance adjuster to achieve the best results for our clients positively. Therefore, we maintain 99% successfully reconciled claims with a compromising approach. However, if a public adjuster is needed, we can recommend one, or the homeowner can pick one of their choices.
Please note, Four Seasons Restoration is NOT public adjusters nor provides legal advice towards your claim. We are restoration contractors who effortlessly provide excellent service with a transparent process.

FSR Reconstruction Process

A project manager is assigned to your project, also known as a PM.

The project manager and the estimator meet with the customer to assess the jobsite.

An estimator will put together a detail scope of work utilizing the same software used by insurance carriers called (XACTIMATE).

The project manager and estimator go over the scope of work and send for approval.

Reconcile phase begins, this is when FSR distinguishes itself differently from other competitors. Regardless how many revisions we must make, we will make sure our client's concerns are met.

After several back and forths, once the scope of work is approved by the adjuster, the project manager will contact the customer and schedule the job site meeting.

The project manager coordinates the entire project following the approved scope of work.

The project manager updates the client regularly as the project progresses.

In the case of a change or modification, the PM will meet with the customer to discuss options.

In some cases, the customer has the option to upgrade some items in the scope of work or make a reasonable change that fits their needs.

Once the job is completed, the PM will conduct a final walk-through.

In the end, a customer satisfaction survey is conducted.

Finally, and only upon our client's satisfaction, we consider our job done.
