We have an immediate opening for Project Manager here at our location in Fullerton.

Project Manager will be responsible for effectively overseeing ongoing projects of residential and commercial restoration. The candidate must have leadership skills and proving experience and knowledge of the construction business. Besides that, candidate must be able to read/write/understand a scope of work (XACTIMATE), must have some knowledge on XACTIMATE software, be able to communicate in a professional manner with customer and insurance adjusters, be able to negotiate scope of work with adjuster, be able to delegate tasks for sub-contractors and in-house crew for the completion of the project,  be able to drive to jobsites across Southern California, be able to pull permits, read building codes and blueprints. 

 

Preferred:

Insurance restoration experience, computer proficiency, a second language (Spanish), ability to work independently and with a team, excellent communication and presentation skills 

 

Working Conditions and Physical Requirement:

Work all types of both indoor and outdoor conditions. Frequently required to use personal protective equipment, having the ability to stand or walk, occasionally bending, squatting, climbing stairs and lifting up to 50 pounds,
