Austin Ali and his very capable crew completely restored my condo, which was flooded from a broken pipe in the unit above me. Ceilings, walls, floors, rugs–everything had to be replaced.

Will Vest, the head of the restoration team, should be given a medal because he and his men worked so hard to provide quality work on a time line that kept moving, through no fault of theirs.  One week was spent just on crown molding!  I never knew how complicated that process was, and so now I appreciate it a lot more.
Austin also took some pressure off me by dealing with the insurance company, which was a big help.

I came across Four Seasons Restoration Inc, when I had a flood in my house and someone recommended. At first I was not sure, because the insurance company want me to go with another contractor, but when I met Austin he took the time to explain me everything and he seems very knowledgeable and honest.

I must say the communicating with Austin was outstanding, he would answer my phone call late at night and on weekends too.
